Is it possible to return an item?
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, you may find it necessary to return items to us in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged, you received something in error or if you’ve simply changed your mind. Please return any items for a refund within 90 days of receipt of your order.
The returned item(s) must be in a re-saleable condition and include the original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse your refund/exchange if the returned item(s):
Show signs of unreasonable wear
Are deemed to have been laundered
Are not returned in their packaging and/or tags removed
In the event we refuse your return, we will contact you and send the item(s) to the original shipping address.
How do I return an item?
Easy!If you're based in the UK, returning your item is FREE.
Simplyhead over to the Royal Mail website, enter a few details and you'll get a link to download your pre-paid returns label, which you can fix to your parcel. Then you just take it a local post-office or drop it off at a local depot and we'll contact you again once it arrives at our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items if they are sent to us without any sales or customer information. This can be written onto the packing note or on a note accompanying the parcel. For item(s) returned from outside the UK, the following must be written on both the packaging and customs declaration. 'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE - DO NOT CHARGE DUTY'.
What about the postage costs? For returns within the UK, please post back to us using our FREE RETURNS process - returns will be processed by Royal Mail and will be posted via Tracked 48, which should arrive with us between 2-5 working days.
We also recommend that you request a 'Proof of Posting' from the Post Office, which they will be able to supply you with free of charge.
Can I exchange an item? We are no longer offering free exchanges. Returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need a different size or colour? Simply place a new order.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
